Warm Welcome venues by borough and district

Our list shows a number of community venues which will remain open all year round to offer support, along with the services they provide.

Our official Warm Welcome Scheme for 2024/25 has now closed and will launch again on 1st November 2025, so please check back then for further details.

St Nicholas Church, Thames Ditton

Accessibility: There is a carpark at the venue and level access available via main doors. Toilet facilities including disabled toilet and a baby change are all available.


St Mary's Church East Molesey

Lower Green Community Centre (Community venue)

Services Offered: Warm, friendly welcome at our community cafe serving free tea and coffee and home made food at affordable prices. Children's play area and activities. Community fridge. energy advice. Debt advice, cost of living support. Emergency food support. Supported referrals to Citizens Advice, Stripey Stork (children's clothes / equipment), Homestart and other support organisations. Free wifi.

Accessibility: Large car park with disabled spaces. Accessible building and toilet.

St Mary's Church, Ash Vale

Opening times: community cafe - Fridays 10am to 1pm with hot lunch served at 12.

Accessibility: We have a ramp to access the main building and a portable ramp to access the side entrance to the cafe space. We have a disabled access toilet facility.

Accessibility: Easily accessible by public transport. Our building is fully accessible. It has stairs at the front but has wheelchair-friendly access through the back door, also suitable for those with mobility challenges.
