Nutrition - Addressing Emotional Eating (Online)

Course intent

Our kitchen cupboards hold a wide range of herbs and spices we can add to our meals, yet we often only use a few. When we're unwell, we rarely think to our spice rack for support. But as Socrates once said, 'Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food,' a reminder that simple ingredients can have powerful benefits.

What will I learn?

Over 8 sessions you will discover how the nutritional properties found in Herbs like Basil, Coriander, Mint, Parsley, Oregano and Rosemary can affect symptoms, conditions and health. We also delve into how common spices such as Cardamom, Cinnamon, Turmeric and Ginger play an effective role in inflammatory conditions.

This course is open to and will be delivered through live online sessions using Zoom. To participate, you will need:
